» What is the booking procedure?
Bookings are made online with a credit card here. Your card details are held solely to guarantee your booking and your card will be charged the rate of the first night of your reservation if you fail to cancel in time. Payment can be made using either cash or credit card upon arrival.

» What is the cancellation policy?
If you unfortunately have to cancel your booking, you can do so within 24hours of your arrival date without incurring any charges. After this point we reserve the right to charge you for the first night of your stay, whether you decide to cancel or don't show up.

» How do we get the keys to the apartment?
On your arrival we will meet you at the apartment building and show you around. Please tell us your estimate arrival time in advance so that we can arrange keys delivery.

» Where can we do our shopping?
The surrounding neighbourhood of Brera is one of the trendiest and most artistic inner city quarters you will ever see, with an abundance of shops and boutiques of every kind. Not only will you eat well here, you’ll also be in a fantastic place to buy souvenirs. We’re also linked by the metro to the famous Golden Triangle of top Milan fashion stores - see the map on our location page.

» Will our apartment have an internet connection?
Yes, all the Brera Apartments have wireless internet.

» Who do we contact if there’s a problem?

» Is Brera central?
Yes, this neighbourhood is two metro stops or a leisurely stroll from the city’s main train station and the gothic Duomo di Milano - the historic heart of the city.
